We offer small-batch collectible goods, handmade items, display pieces, accessories, and related products.

Due to the handmade or small-batch nature of some products, slight variations in color, texture, size, finish, or packaging may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colors, dimensions, or descriptions will appear exactly the same on every device or screen.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee that the order has been accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or violation of our policies.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We may use third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment processors. We do not directly store full credit card or payment card details.
You are responsible for ensuring that all billing and payment information provided is accurate and complete.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

We are not responsible for delays, returns, seizures, taxes, duties, or fees caused by customs authorities or local carriers.
9. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the package, we may offer reshipment after the customer pays the reshipping fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated, KSS ANIME is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any third-party rights holder, brand, game studio, animation studio, music label, publisher, or trademark owner.
All trademarks, titles, character names, logos, artwork, references, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Our products are fan-inspired handmade or independently designed collectible items. They are not official licensed merchandise unless clearly stated otherwise.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, infringement, harassment, abuse, resale misrepresentation, or violation of applicable laws and regulations.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, or misuse any part of our website, product descriptions, photographs, branding, or original designs without permission.
