Most standard items are prepared and dispatched within approximately two weeks. As many of our products are handmade or prepared in small batches, processing times may vary slightly.

For custom-made items, we will discuss the design, requirements, and estimated completion time with you before production begins.

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. Most international orders are shipped by air, with tracking provided after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier information.

We use DDP shipping for most available destinations. This means import duties are prepaid, and customers usually do not need to pay additional customs duties upon delivery.

If DDP shipping is unavailable for your destination, local taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling charges may apply.

Please check that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate before checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the package has been dispatched.
